The goal of a revaluation project is to determine the market value of all properties as of a specific date in order to redistribute the tax burden among property classes. All property owners will have the opportunity to discuss their values, questions and concerns with representatives of the appraisal company once they receive their notices by calling the phone number on the notice and scheduling an appointment for an informal hearing.
